Route 66 RV 'sin Claremore is looking for energetic and highly motivated sales people. We are a family owned dealership within Claremore. Our new location is just 5 miles North of I-44 on Route 66. SUMMARY: * A Product Specialist must have a pleasant personality, be a creative thinker, stable under pressure, a problem solver and flexibility to work as required. Must be service oriented, have superb communication skills and always maintain a professional image through appearance and dress. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: * Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers * Show enthusiasm with the customer. When necessary, handle several customers at once * Pursue all avenues to generate sales leads * Follow up with customers via telephone and/or email when appropriate * Assist customers with buying decisions * Be aggressive with closing the deal * Know your product and it's competition * Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units.Feature benefit your product to maximize profitability * Write deals to present to sales manager * Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients.Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals * Set and achieve personal weekly/monthly and annual sales goals QUALIFICATIONS: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
