Requirements: * As an Account Executive a typical week would likely include: * Meeting with Contractors and engineers' in the Building Automation market to provide technical solutions to solve their business issues. * Working with Customers to creatively solve issues that cost money, increase energy consumption or increase construction costs. * Designing and Estimating state of the art building system solutions. * Proposing and closing a strong pipeline of opportunity in the market. This job might be for you if: * You're an experienced hunter in the BAS/BMS/Automation space. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions. You don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it. * You think on your feet. You like learning new things and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches. * You are a great communicator. You are able to explain a technical concept to a non-technical person. You're capable of listening to a customer's issue and communicating a plan of action that addresses their concerns. When required, you are able to tell a customer "No" while still making them feel okay. * You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.You're going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference. To be a great fit for this position you should have some technical Sales experience in the construction, building automation or engineering world.
