As a Sales Advisor, you are tasked with understanding your clients' needs and to make the appropriate recommendations. With this role, you will have the opportunity to service existing customers and onboard new ones. * Outbound calling. * Providing Auto, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance quotes. * Servicing of existing customers. * Onboarding new customers. : * Individual Sales Production. * Sales and Service Activities. * Building a Center of Influence/Referral Partners. * Understanding Insurance Policies. * Customer Service. * Critical Thinking. * Decision Making. * Analytical. * Soft Skills. * Currently hold a Wisconsin Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance License. * Minimum of one year sales experience. * Telephone and in-person communication skills. * Sufficient understanding of Microsoft Office suites. * Pass a background and credit check inquiry.
