We recently acquired a company called Audrey's, a leader in the home decor and home accessories industry. We are thrilled to now add Audrey's to our family of brands. We hire fun, friendly people and are currently looking to fill an Inside Sales Representative position for our newest brand, Audrey's. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or via digital communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: -Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. -Sales Presentation and Closing: Present product/service features and benefits to prospects/dealers effectively. Grow revenue base with new and existing dealers. -Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. -Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to management. -Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Additional Responsibilities: * Learn and understand all of the product knowledge for the Audrey's brand or products. * Attendance at national trade shows where you will take orders and work with customers and prospects. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role. * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
