Duties - Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. - Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Communicate effectively to assist a diverse clientele. - Demonstrates excellent communication skills when interacting with customers. - Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.
