Who We Are: * A financial services institution that specializes in assisting small to medium size business * In depth experience and relationships in the lending space * A positive and uplifting culture that promotes thoroughness, timeliness, and transparency * Active for 10 years with a combined experience of 15+ years in this field Financial Services Representative Responsibilities: * Outbound calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services we offer. * Schedule meetings with prospective inbound clients to discuss their financial needs and goals. * Collect pertinent client information for superiors to match with our products that align with client needs. * Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals. * Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly. * Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics. Financial Services Representative Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree preferred, but NOT required * Past sales experience of 1-2 years is preferred. * Experience with Microsoft, CRMs, and calling systems preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. * Effective communication skills.
