About the Company: Arrow Search Partners is looking for an extremely motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our growing, fast-paced, high-energy Temporary Staffing Division. Responsibilities: * Source and build a comprehensive book of business across multiple lines of businesses * Build and maintain relationships with end users * Conduct in take calls and meetings to qualify orders * Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients * Reporting and recording of all sales activity in ATS system * Qualify inbound leads and referrals Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required * 0-2+ years of professional sales or customer service experience required * Comfortable making phone calls and talking to candidates and clients by phone * Ability to manage/navigate conflicts and meet tight deadlines * Highly motivated and results-driven professional * Strong team player Salary Range: $40,000 - $75,000 + Commission LI-BM1
