Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to identify market opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and foster long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the community. * Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success in solar sales. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales team. * or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. * A passion for renewable energy solutions, particularly in solar sales, is advantageous. * Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and demonstrate resilience in achieving goals.
