Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative : * Experience : 5-10 years of outside sales success, or comparable experience in B2B or B2C sales. * Faith and Integrity : Strong work ethic and personal integrity, someone who prioritizes serving others and values building trust. * Travel Flexibility : Ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory, often working multiple towns in a week. * Communication Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
