Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our insurance solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while effectively utilizing sales tools such as Salesforce. Responsibilities * Response to potential customer inquiries to interpret and sell Individual insurance benefit packages and company services. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements. * Responds to prospective members through in/outbound calls, e-mail, and or faxes. * Supports the maximization of sales while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating their benefits to customers. * Expedites follow-up between clients and brokers to obtain valid information to complete submitted applications. Experience * Previous experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred. * High school (G.E.D.) required. * Familiarity with technology sales or software products is a plus. * Active New Mexico State Health Insurance License preferred but not necessary. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. * A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving sales initiatives. * Bilingual in Spanish. * Two years of experience in sales, health insurance customer service, or call center, preferably in health insurance or in the managed care-related field. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
