Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to drive brokered equipment sales by leveraging industry relationships and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a competitive mindset, and a passion for building long-term client partnerships. Success in this role is determined by network growth, sales volume, and individual drive , with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and industry trends. * Actively prospect and onboard new accounts, driving at least 25% annual growth in the sales pipeline. * Track all accounts, leads, and opportunities in the company CRM to ensure accurate performance metrics. * Utilize market insights and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities. * Manage inbound sales through FleetNow leads during the first six months while building a personal book of business. * Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through effective brokering and deal management. * Leverage the company's internal lead dashboard for streamlined sales operations. Compensation & Incentives: * Base Salary: $50,000-$55,0000 * Commission Earnings: based on performance. * Brokered Equipment Sales Commission: * * 7.5% commission on gross profit. * 13% commission for monthly sales exceeding $150,000. * 10.5% commission after surpassing $600,000 in annual sales. * No commission cap--earnings are directly tied to individual performance. * Inbound Sales Bonus (First 6 Months): * * 10% or 15% commission on gross profit for inbound sales of Ohio High Reach Equipment.
