What you will be doing: * Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership What you'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Prior In Home Sales experience would be AWESOME! We have found there are industries that transfer well so if you are looking to graduate from solar sales, phone sales, alarm systems, remodeling, or other related industries, we are interested. * Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Must have a valid Driver's License, a cellphone and not be afraid of heights (part of the job involves getting up on a residential roof) Brown's Roofing got it's start based on three principles: Quality, Integrity and Delighting our customers.
