Sales Consultant | Closet Designer | In-Home Sales | Work from Home Opportunity | Flexible Schedule | Uncapped Income Sales Star Needed! As a highly-valued Closet Factory Sales Consultant, you 'll enjoy meeting nice people & getting paid to sell & design Custom Closets, Home Offices, Garages, Entertainment Centers, Pantries, and much more! This is a Full-Time position and Closet Factory provides preset, qualified leads scheduled within your approved, flexible schedule. Self-Generated clients are highly encouraged and are rewarded at a higher compensation rate. We are proud of our Sales team and pay the highest commission rate in the state! A successful Sales/Designer will need to be creative, innovative, dedicated and disciplined to follow our proven process. We believe in team support and enjoy working together as we collaborate for the benefit of our clients! We offer a paid, comprehensive, 4-week training program and the best technical support in the industry. Initial training covers our sales process, design software, product knowledge and more; ongoing training will keep you up to date with the latest in design innovations and advances in the industry. Compensation for this position is fully commission-based, with additional sales incentives and no cap. Average producers can earn $50,000 - $80,000 and top performers can enjoy over*$10,000*monthly.
