Job Title: Sales Associate (Jewelry Industry) Location: NYC, NJ Experience Level: 1-2 years Language: Arabic speaker is a plus About Us: We are wholesale gold jewelry company passionate about design, quality, and customer service. We are looking for a proactive and personable B2B Sales Associate to join our team and help drive growth through retail partnerships and direct sales. Key Responsibilities: * Retail Support: Accompany the Manager on regular visits to retail stores nationwide to present and sell our latest collections. * Client Acquisition: Use downtime between trips to cold contact potential buyers across the country--via phone, email, or in-person--and convert leads into clients. * Order Management: Understand customer needs and assist in placing accurate, timely orders. * Customer Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. * Relationship Building: Maintain and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. * Market Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from clients and stores to help improve product offerings and sales strategies. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in jewelry or a related luxury retail field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible schedule. * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward sales. * Arabic language skills are a strong bonus.
