Based out of our Sacramento, CA office, you'll be instrumental in recommending, demonstrating, and facilitating sales and rental transactions of specialized construction equipment, to a diverse clientele, within the segments of the construction industry. Responsibilities: * Champion the continued growth of our Sacramento branch, serving as a driving force in market expansion. * Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts, forging meaningful connections with customers, contractors, and partners. * Lead end-to-end execution of sales and rental transactions, ensuring seamless customer experiences. * Provide comprehensive operator training and post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction. * Drive market share growth and elevate the Global Machinery brand through strategic initiatives. * Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to various facets of the business. Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with direct exposure to construction equipment sales highly desirable. * Clean driving record essential; CDL license preferred. * Proficiency in operating construction equipment advantageous. * Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsive individual with a proactive approach to tasks. * Ability to handle physical demands including equipment operation, loading/unloading, and demonstrations.
