Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. * Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. * Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to facilitate successful conversions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation. * Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups with prospects. * Continuously refine lead generation techniques based on performance metrics and feedback. Experience * Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling roles is preferred. * Background in technology sales or business development is a plus. * Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive communication. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
