Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls and warm leads * Acquire account information * Review risk exposure and determine clients' needs * Present solutions * Convert prospects to clients * Represent the Integrity Midwest Insurance name and brand with dignity * No cold calling quotas Job Overview and Requirements: * Job Type: Inside Insurance Sales * Work Hours: Full time Business hours M-F * Required Education: High School Diploma * License: Current Insurance license is preferred, but we might possibly pay and train the right candidate * Office Locations: Lawrence, KS and Eudora, KS Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Performance bonus License/Certification: * Insurance Producer License (Preferred) * Life Insurance License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
