Join us in bringing this award-winning convenience to cafes, offices, and homes across the U.S. Responsibilities: * Be our tea evangelist! Educate buyers (retailers, corporate clients) on our unique product benefits. * Develop and execute offline sales strategies (e.g., grocery stores, cafes, offices) to expand distribution. * Lead brand promotion efforts --plan pop-up events, tastings, and partnerships to boost awareness. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine messaging and positioning. * Collaborate with retailers to optimize in-store displays and promotions. * Manage local marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns. You're a Fit If You: * 3+ years in brand marketing + offline sales (CPG, beverage, or FMCG experience preferred). * Proven success in growing physical retail distribution (U.S. market required). * Strong negotiation skills with retailers and distributors. * Creative flair for designing engaging promotions and experiences. * Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus. * Passion for tea or wellness products is ideal!
