A Home Care Sales and Marketing Manager develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to increase referrals and patient admissions for a home care agency. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to generate leads and sales. The manager also tracks and analyzes marketing efforts to measure their effectiveness and optimize strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales and marketing plans: This includes creating strategies to attract new clients, generate referrals, and increase brand awareness. * Build and maintain relationships: Networking with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and other referral sources is crucial for generating leads. * Present the agency's services: Conducting presentations, both individual and group, to educate potential clients and referral sources about the benefits of home care. * Track and analyze performance: Monitoring marketing activities, measuring their effectiveness, and reporting on results to identify areas for improvement. * Promote brand awareness: Implementing marketing campaigns to increase the agency's visibility in the community and attract new patients. * Manage a team: In some cases, the role may involve supervising a sales and marketing team and setting goals and KPIs for them. Qualifications: * Experience: A book of business and/orPrior experience in healthcare marketing or sales, preferably in home health or senior services, is highly desirable. * Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and implement marketing plans, track performance, and build relationships. * Networking: Having established contacts within the healthcare industry and the ability to network effectively in the community are valuable assets.
