Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Strategy Lead Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2x/week & as needed at client site) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview of Opportunity At Clutch, we know change isn't just a project--it's a people journey. We're looking for a strategic and experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Strategy Lead to guide transformative client initiatives from vision to reality. In this role, you'll lead enterprise-level change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize disruption, and support long-term success. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver lasting impact through seamless integration of new technologies, processes, and cultural shifts. What You 'll Do * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies aligned to client goals. * Conduct organizational impact assessments and readiness evaluations, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies. * Coach executive leaders and project sponsors to strengthen change capabilities and leadership effectiveness. * Design compelling communication strategies and materials tailored to engage various audiences. * Oversee training strategy and implementation, ensuring employees are equipped for success in new environments. * Monitor KPIs and feedback to assess effectiveness, adjust plans, and report progress. * Inspire a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement across client teams. This Role Might Be for You If You: * Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (6+ years) in organizational change management. * Have led high-impact, large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable success. * Hold certification in a recognized change management methodology such as Prosci ADKAR. * Excel in strategic thinking and tactical execution. * Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively across varied audiences. * Thrive in ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities with grace and precision. * Bring a solutions-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills to your work.
