We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Account Manager with a strong background in customer service and facilities management. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely communication, operational efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing service delivery with precision, maintaining profitability, and driving continual improvement. Key Responsibilities : * Manage daily operations of client accounts, including service portals, scheduled work, and ongoing communications. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and updates with professionalism and urgency. * Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service logs, and financial documentation. * Monitor account profitability and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and margins. * Collaborate with internal teams to align service execution with client expectations. * Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for overall performance. * Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. * Provide regular reporting and performance summaries to clients and senior leadership. * Ensure all work adheres to company standards, contract requirements, and regulatory guidelines. * Handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally within facilities services or a related field. * Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and operational workflows. * Strong understanding of facilities operations, subcontractor coordination, and client relations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and organizational abilities. * Technologically proficient, with experience using client portals, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Supreme attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
