We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Duties: * Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads * Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget * Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features * Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals * Collaborate with sales support staff to ensure smooth sales process from start to finish * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process Requirements: * Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Familiarity with inventory control procedures is desirable * Valid driver's license At our company, we offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
