Territory Sales Representative Location: Multiple territories, including Lake Tahoe, Greater Sacramento, and the East Bay Area Company: Hull's Nor Cal Window & Door, Inc. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role responsible for managing sales activities, position available in multiple territories, including Lake Tahoe, Greater Sacramento, and the East Bay Area. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home with occasional visits to our showrooms and customer sites. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territories. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and effective communication. * Present and demonstrate window and door products to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet/exceed revenue targets. * Provide post-sales support and serve as a trusted partner to clients. * Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies. What We 're Looking ForRequired Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or related industry. * Expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines consistently. * Knowledge of window and door products (preferred but not required) * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
