NaturaLawn of America,*_THE_*leader in environmentally friendly lawn care , is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to earn $20 an hour or more while enjoying a supportive and low-pressure office environment. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will manage an assigned territory, assisting customers over the phone to select the best services to meet their needs. With no face-to-face or door-to-door sales required, this position allows you to focus on building relationships and achieving sales success. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable NaturaLawn services. * Manage and grow an assigned sales territory. * Follow up with existing customers to offer service upgrades and ensure satisfaction. * Participate in paid training to become familiar with our products and sales techniques. Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound phone sales. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Compensation * 1st Year Earnings of $50,000 or More! * Biweekly base pay of $1200* _PLUS_ * Biweekly & Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses & Commissions Benefits * Full-time, year-round employment * Monday-Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM schedule * Nights and Weekends off! * Fifteen paid days off in the first year * Comprehensive benefits plan w/no deductible * 401K plan
