Customer Service/Sales Representative Duties: * Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. * Respond promptly to customer orders, inquiries, and requests. * Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, and in-person. * Take and process orders via phone, e-mail, and in-person. * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. * Learn our product line so you can take orders, answer questions, make recommendations, etc. * Help maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. * Communicate and coordinate with colleagues in-person and in our other facilities. * Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. * Build and/or maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Qualifications: * High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. * Be personable with our customers and provide them with a high level of customer satisfaction. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. * Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. * Comfortable using computers and competent with Microsoft Office. * Experience working with customer support.
