We are looking for a strong, determined & charismatic candidate to join our Sales Department to book business at our Holiday Inn. We are a full service hotel with 20,000 sq. feet of conference space. Candidates will be: * Responsible for creating, maintaining & booking Association/SMERF sales accounts * Required to conduct inside and outside sales calls * Candidates must: * Enjoy meeting with clients with poise * Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying their needs * Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy * Be able to work under pressure * Have a strong interest in sales * Maintain and exceed monthly goals * Be adaptable to work hours as required * Works closely with the front desk and other departments to endure guest satisfaction * must have previous hotel sales experience with booking rooms and catering business Bachelor's degree/Higher Education Qualification/Equivalent in Marketing or Related Field Previous hotel sales experience required. Must have knowledge of Delphi or other sales booking system. Salary based on experience.
