Strong negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service abilities. Meeting and greeting customers as they come into our showroom. Know how to use the 2020 design software to design the kitchen and bath for the customer. Finding out the customer remodeling project needs, and assisting the customer in kitchen and bath design. Helping customers choose the right style cabinets and design for their home. Ability to work independently to guide customers through the whole process of selecting cabinets/hardware/accessories-- and in most cases oversee the entire project through installation. Don't have to have prior knowledge and experience in Cabinets. We will have three months of period training with pay Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.
