Let's talk The Role: Project Physical Therapy is a thriving and rapidly growing physical therapy and wellness center. We're looking for a full-time Appointment Setter/Sales Development Rep to join our team. In this role you'll be working to follow up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, book clients into the schedule, and make sure they have an amazing experience. The primary outcome of your role is to book at least 40-50 qualified appointments per month. Extensive sales training is provided. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Successfully communicate the value of our services (in person, over the phone, and over email/text/messenger) and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking * Successfully handle objections to price and scheduling * Comfortably hold a lengthy conversation (15-25 min) with new and prospective clients on the phone or in person - ensuring that clients are committed and "bought-in" to our services before they arrive * Ensure that clients who call and request appointments are placed on the schedule - with a good understanding of true time, cost, and personal commitment before they arrive * Ensure that people show up excited for their appointments or sessions * Take payments, provide accurate receipts, and keep prompt and accurate records * Organize and plan all schedules in a way that maximizes efficiency and revenue for the clinic * Keep prompt and accurate recording of all incoming leads on our tracking sheets and in CRM * Promptly check voice mails and emails. Return all calls and requests for information within 24 hours and deliver messages to appropriate personnel promptly and accurately. What You Need To Succeed in This Role * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build a rapport with prospects * Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy * Openness to learn & willingness to try anything * Willingness to think outside of the box & tackle complex problems * Experience working with an online CRM is a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, Infusionsoft etc.) * Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas * KPI focused - previous employment and success within a KPI driven company * Accountability - able to thrive on being held accountable for results and performance What We Will Provide for You: * Competitive base of $16-25 per hour depending on experience * Abundant commission opportunities that would allow you to: * Make an additional 15k if you're a "good" SDR * Make an additional 20k - 30k if you're a "GREAT" SDR * Part time role considered Apply here: [please apply online] Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: In personProject Physical Therapy LLC
