Company Founded in 2011, Advanced Renewable Technology International, Inc. (ARTi) is a growing leader and expert in pyrolysis reactors, research services and biochar sales with machines transforming woody waste biomass waste, producing biochar, removing CO and generating heat. This position is responsible for leading and developing our US sales presence. We are looking grow our entrepreneurial team with a new Sales Executive who will: * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. * Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals. * Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. * Be responsible for the quarterly execution of sales activities and delivering the sales targets. * Manage additional revenue streams including equipment rental and consultancy projects to achieve the annual sales objective. * Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes. * Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. * Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. * Work with inside sales, technical sales, maintenance and services and the C-Suite. Our candidates must possess the following values: * Passion * Team Spirit * Innovation * Integrity * Sustainability * Excellence What We Need From You * 5+ years of sales experience. * Based within 200 miles of Des Moines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or Google. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Team player with ability to build lasting, productive business relationships with employees, management, and peers. * Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information. * Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with materials processing a plus. * Experience in agronomy and sustainability desired but not required. * Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and auditing skills required. * Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently.Ability to work flexible hours, travel up to 50%, including weekends when required.
