At D1 Training Cabot, we're building a high-performance gym--and we need a Fitness Sales & Operations Lead to drive new member growth and own the sales funnel. We need a sales-obsessed leader to help take it to the next level. This role will primarily work afternoon hours 3-8 and some weekends. What You 'll Do: Call, text, and DM leads fast * Book and confirm free trial workouts * Close memberships and upsell D1on1 & Team Training * Track KPIs (schedule, show, close rates) * Help run gym operations during your shift * * Represent D1 in the community You 're Right for This If You: Are a confident closer * Love fitness and performance culture * Are accountable to results, not just effort * Want a clear path to leadership * * Thrive in fast-paced, people-first environments Pay & Performance: Range $16-$18 bonus potential to double income * * Commission on each sale AND bonus based on KPI performance. * Potential for Full time promotion and advancement
