We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced circuit board manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will excel at developing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and mentoring a high- performing team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, particularly printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) production. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: * Manage an inside sales team. * Set and track sales team targets, ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team efficiency. * Streamline internal sales order entry and customer management processes. * Maintain and update processes and work instructions for the department. * Sales Strategy and Execution: * Develop and implement sales strategies and reports to drive revenue growth with existing customers. * Ensure timely and accurate quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups. * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Serve as a point of escalation for resolving customer inquiries or concerns. * Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs effectively. Operational Coordination: * Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Monitor and report on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. * Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure adherence to company policies. Market Insight: * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in PCB manufacturing. * Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 3-5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry. * Proven track record of project management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of printed circuit board/electronic assembly and manufacturing processes is highly desirable. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
