Job Summary An Inside Salesman is responsible for identifying and pricing various customer bills of materials. The Inside Salesman should also research delivery dates or tracking details for items that are backordered or behind from vendors. No history of drug or alcohol abuse is allowed. Responsibilities: * Identify and price various customer bills of materials * Manage billing * Oversee proper delivery and execution of customer job materials * Coordinate deliveries or pick-up times * Research delivery dates or tracking details for items that are backordered or behind from vendors * Troubleshoot and identify customers' needs * Perform all other duties as assigned by upper management or leadership team Required Skills: * Excellent customer service skills * Organization skills * Able to multitask * Attention to detail Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent * No history of drug or alcohol abuse * Valid driver's license with approved motor vehicle report Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods of time * Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 35 lbs. or more * Ability to speak and listen clearly and effectively
