We also serve as a great dealer for Urbandale, Johnston, Waukee, West Des Moines, Des Moines, Ankeny, and all of Central Iowa. We are looking for experienced salespersons to join our busy sales team. Compensation * You are paid a commission on each sale and it's gross profit with a minimum guarantee. * Volume Performance bonuses and back-end commissions. * Your earning potential is unlimited. The more you sell, the greater your commissions. * Sales consultants can earn between $75,000 to $250,000. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
