Job Description: The Director of Sales is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Executech Utah. This role entails developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, cultivating key client relationships, and building/leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving sales success and building strong customer-centric cultures. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with executive leaders to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to identify opportunities for business expansion. * Drive the development and execution of innovative sales programs and initiatives to differentiate Executech in the marketplace. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals. * Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. * Establish and monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability within the sales team. * Leverage network and sales skills to hunt and close deals that meet / exceed individual sales quotas, leading by example. * Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and meet/exceed revenue goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: * Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results. * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Thorough understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
