Your Responsibilities: * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend the best coverage options. * Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. * Build and maintain Long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction. * Identify Cross-Selling opportunities to optimize sales. * Handle Underwriting tasks. * A lot of Customer Service * Manage Pending Cancellation Account by Non Payments Are You the Ideal Candidate? * Fluent in Spanish (required). * Required License: Must hold a 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license. * Prior experience in insurance (preferred). * Excellent communication skills and empathy to connect with clients. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Position Goals: * Build client loyalty through exceptional service. * Perform cross-selling and provide personalized solutions. * Execute underwriting responsibilities efficiently. * Avoid cancellations by non-payments Location: In-person position in Lakeland, FL 33813.
