Job Title: Regional Traveling Salesperson - Agricultural Equipment Location: Regional (Travel Required - 3 Weeks per Month) Company: Trebro Reports to: Sales Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, and experienced Regional Salesperson to represent our company and promote turf harvesters within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for selling, securing, and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with our service technicians. You'll spend approximately 3 weeks per month traveling and will be provided with a company car for all business-related travel. The ideal candidate will have experience in turf harvesting or agriculture machinery, exceptional sales abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Account Management: * Identify and target new business opportunities within your region for turf harvesting machinery and equipment. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with current customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. * Present and sell turf harvesting equipment to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their farming or operational needs. * Secure orders, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. * Product Demonstrations: * Conduct on-site demonstrations of turf harvesting equipment for prospective clients. * Provide detailed product knowledge, answer technical questions, and highlight the benefits and features of the equipment. * Tailor product presentations to customers' needs, showcasing how our equipment will improve productivity and efficiency. * Customer Relationship Management: * Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and discover additional sales opportunities. * Serve as the main point of contact for customers in your region, addressing their inquiries, service requests, and maintenance needs. * Work to establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers in farming operations, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses. * Collaboration with Service Technicians: * Stay in close communication with service technicians to coordinate equipment maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting, ensuring customers receive timely service. * Act as the liaison between the customer and service team to resolve technical issues efficiently. * Reporting and Administration: * Prepare and submit daily sales reports, tracking customer interactions, sales activity, and territory performance. * Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly to track progress toward sales goals and milestones. * Travel and Flexibility: * Travel up to 3 weeks per month within your assigned territory, meeting with current clients, conducting demonstrations, and pursuing new sales opportunities. * Manage your own schedule to ensure maximum productivity during travel and client visits. Qualifications: * Experience: * Proven track record in sales, preferably within the agricultural industry or related sectors (farm equipment, machinery, etc.). * Solid understanding of turf harvesting equipment and machinery, including its functions, uses, and benefits. * Experience managing a regional territory and meeting sales targets. * Skills and Attributes: * Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products to customers. * Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions. * Additional Requirements: * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company car provided for travel). * Willingness to travel frequently (3 weeks per month). * Proficient with CRM software and basic office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.). Compensation: * Salary: Competitive base salary, with a performance-based commission structure. * Benefits: Health insurance, dental, retirement plan, and other employee benefits. Company Vehicle: A company car will be provided for travel, including fuel and maintenance.
