Job Summary We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representatives who are ready to grow with a respected brand and deliver top- teir relocation solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and generate leads through various channels (B2B, residential, referrals, cold calls) * Conduct in-home and virtual surveys for residential customers * Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents and business partners * Create accurate and detailed moving estimates and proposals * Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline through to closing * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the move lifecycle * Attend industry networking events and community functions to promote the brand Qualifications * Sales experience (moving, logistics or related service industry preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong oranizational and time management skills * Self-motivated with a competitive edge * Comfortable working in the field and in the office * Valid driver's liecense and reliable transportation * Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM tools, mobile apps and email communication Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Health insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid training and industry certifications * Opportunities for advancement * Supportive, team-oriented environment with an established brand Why Join Redman Van and Storage?
