What will you be doing? * Prospecting & outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. * Lead qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs, qualify leads, and determine fit before passing them to Account Executives. * Market research: Stay informed about trends in the recruitment services and SaaS industries to identify opportunities and tailor outreach strategies. * Collaboration with sales & marketing: Work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. * CRM management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups in our CRM system. * Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
