Requirements * Education & Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) * 2+ years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate) * Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license - we will cover all licensing costs Skills & Traits: * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined * Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales system * Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service Industry Focus: Interest in working with businesses that pay $50,000 $1,000,000 annually in premiums * Company Description Having specialized in trucking and construction related industries across multiple states over the last 22 years our organic growth has consistently been in the double digits.
