A + Roofing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales representative to join our team. We specialize in re-roofing projects and are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Roofing Sales Representative you will: * Meet with property owners to sell roof replacement jobs. * Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process * Generate leads through door knocking in neighborhoods affected by hail damage * Achieve monthly performance targets Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales and 2 years roofing experience required * Strong background in sales management with demonstrated success in achieving targets. * Self-motivated: bring your drive and determination * Proficient in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies. * Confidence: trust in your abilities * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. What we offer: * This is a 1099 commission-based position, with draws available on the 1st & 15th * Compensation totals an average of $150,000.00 + per year * Training pay is available for the first 30 days * Bonus pay: Sales Contests available * Car allowance available when quota is met * In house marketing and advertising with leads available Join our team as a Sales Project Manager where you can leverage your skills in a collaborative environment that values innovation and growth.
