Service Express is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team. We are looking for a go-getter, strategic thinker and someone who is always in the pursuit of finding the right solution for each customer. Your role as an SDR will be to reach out to and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities and pipeline (future revenue) for Service Express' sales organization. To accomplish this, you will work closely with your team of SDRs and build strong partnerships with Senior Account Executives in territories throughout the US. This position is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career or gain more sales experience in a growing IT services industry. Here is what a typical day as an SDR looks like: * Working at least 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) alongside a group of passionate and energetic teammates * Leveraging a variety of outreach tools such as phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn) to develop interactions with potential customers * Understanding and effectively deliver the Service Express value proposition, articulating our service capabilities to schedule meetings for your Senior Account Executive partners * Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly & monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, meetings held, opportunities created, etc) What we hope you will bring to the position: * 0-2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions * Engaged personality and thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment * Highly organized and can easily adapt to change * Ability to think on your feet in a conversation- ask and answer questions with ease * Great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates- team culture and momentum is how our team thrives! * Able to learn tools, technology and processes quickly * A "never stop learning" mentality and can apply it daily Perks of being on this team: * $50-55k+ commission for an on target earnings of $60-70k + (commissions are uncapped) * Senior SDR - internal promotion after 9 months based on consistent performance and growing team impact * Opportunity to earn $6k+ in extra commission * Opens opportunity to specialize in the SDR role and expand areas of responsibility * Earning Senior SDR is a prerequisite for promotion to another department or role in the company * Direct leader support and coaching through ongoing communication and monthly connects - investment into your development and areas of growth as a professional * Benefits * PTO available when you start - additional day of PTO for your birthday + PTO volunteer days * Health insurance with plan options to meet your needs * 401k with employer match * Fitness membership reimbursement * Paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents Service Express is an equal opportunity _employer.
