In the role of BDC Sales, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and sales through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on utilizing your strong phone etiquette and communication skills to connect with potential clients and address their needs. Your core skills in sales will be vital in achieving targets, while your ability to foster relationships will enhance customer satisfaction. Join our team to contribute to a thriving sales environment and help us grow our customer base. Reply timely and efficently to internet and phone inquiries. Reply to questions pertaining to new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins and promotions. Schedule Appointments. Complete product and sales training as required. Master written and verbal communication. Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus Attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ease in navigating within multiple software applications Professional, positive attitude Valid Driver's license and good driving record Compensation : Hourly pay based on qualifactions with monthly bonuses.
