Cold Caller / Sales Representative Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective B2B sales strategies and excellent customer service. Duties * Make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses to introduce our services * Identify potential clients and gather key information * Schedule discovery calls or demos for our leadership team * Maintain call logs and update CRM systems * Follow up with prospects via email or phone Qualifications * Excellent spoken English and communication skills * Friendly, professional phone presence * Ability to follow a script and handle objections * Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools (training provided) * Prior cold calling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift Work Location: Remote
