Duties * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and establish new business relationships. * Engage in technical sales discussions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Manage territory sales by identifying potential clients within assigned regions. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or retail sales environments. * Strong skills in cold calling, territory management, and upselling strategies. * Ability to analyze market data and identify trends that can drive business growth. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus but not mandatory. * A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
