Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BI-LINGUAL Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales in our wheel and tire shop. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced retail setting. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. * Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively upsell and provide product demos. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. * Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer calls. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales in automotive environments is preferred but not necessary * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently through effective product demos. * Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales. * Will need to be willing to do on-line marketing and social media ads * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
