Job Summary As a Cold Call Specialist, you'll be the frontline of our lead generation efforts, making high-volume cold calls to homeowners to uncover motivated sellers. Responsibilities * Execute high-volume cold calls to homeowners using provided scripts and lead lists. * Identify motivated sellers by asking qualifying questions and overcoming objections. * Generate leads and pass them to the sales or acquisitions team for follow-up. * Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system. * Stay motivated to hit daily and weekly call and lead targets. * Provide feedback to improve scripts and calling strategies. Qualifications * Outstanding phone communication skills and confidence in cold calling. * Ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm throughout long call sessions. * Self-starter with a strong work ethic and no need for micromanagement. * Basic tech skills for CRM and call-tracking software. * Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required. * Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation * Commission-Only : Earn $100-$500 per lead that results in a closed deal, with additional payouts for high-value properties. * Unlimited Earning Potential : Your earnings are directly tied to your call volume and lead quality. * Bonuses : Cash bonuses for hitting call volume or lead generation milestones.
