Job Title: Commercial Business Account Manager Company: Real Estate Hack - Container Homes & ADUs Location: Southern California (Sacramento / Johnson Valley Manufacturing Facility) Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Real Estate Hack is revolutionizing housing with modern, modular shipping container homes and ADUs. We work with individuals, investors, and developers to create scalable, affordable, and eco-friendly housing solutions. With a showroom in Perris and manufacturing in Johnson Valley, we're rapidly expanding and seeking a Commercial Business Account Manager to help lead the charge. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Business Account Manager to build and manage relationships with developers and contractors-- ranging from small-scale investors to major builders. This role will focus on multi-unit container home projects, ground-up developments, and planned communities across California and beyond. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, manage, and grow relationships with commercial developers, builders, and investors * Collaborate on the design, customization, and delivery of multi-unit container home and ADU projects * Work closely with permitting, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution * Assist clients in navigating planning, zoning, and compliance issues for developments * Present project proposals and investment strategies to commercial clients * Track leads, forecast opportunities, and close commercial accounts * Represent Real Estate Hack at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Requirements: * 3+ years in real estate development, commercial construction, or modular housing sales * Strong understanding of permitting, zoning, and municipal regulations * Experience managing large accounts and multiple concurrent projects * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and architectural plans * Self-driven, organized, and highly professional Preferred Qualifications: * Background in modular or prefabricated construction * Experience with container home or ADU development * CRM software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Basecamp) Benefits: * Competitive salary + commission structure * Opportunities for growth in a rapidly scaling company * Supportive team and mission-driven culture * Direct access to one of the most innovative housing models in California Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $88,801.00 - $98,697.00 per year Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In personReal Estate Hack
