Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Window Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in customer management and business development. Familiarity with premium windows and doors is preferred. This role is crucial for driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence through effective account management and relationship building. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share. * Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. * Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that enhance product visibility and drive sales. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings to potential clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. * Perform takeoffs from both architectural plans and job site visits * Present quotes * Follow up on deliveries to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction * Develop and oversee our window and door installation program * Work collaboratively with sales team in outlying locations Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Previous experience in window and door sales is a plus. * A proactive approach to business development. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
