Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Brand Representative to join our team. As a Brand Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and promoting our brand in various settings. Responsibilities * Introduce company to potential partners/customers via virtual or in-person meetings. * Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Engage with customers virtually or in-person to drive brand awareness and sales. * Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals. * Handle payment transactions using invoice or other means. * Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse range of customers. * Demonstrate basic math skills for handling transactions. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Assist with stock maintenance & inventory management. Experience * Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred. * Familiarity with handling payment transactions. * Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers. * Proficiency in upselling techniques to drive revenue growth. * Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus. * Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse customers. * Basic math skills for accurate handling of payment transactions. * Knowledge of stock replenishment procedures for maintaining inventory levels.
