Responsibilities: As a real estate agent with us, you'll be: * Prospecting, networking and most importantly building relationships. * Showing properties and working with sellers and purchasers. * If you're focused only on residential leasing, we have a network of owners/management companies that we work closely with so that you can have access and a competitive edge over others. * If you're only focused on commercial sales and leasing, we strive to offer the best service and we'll help you achieve your independence so that you start networking confidently. * Negotiating contracts and client challenges. * Last responsibility is to be courteous, passionate and to have fun! Ideal Candidate: * Must have an active real estate license. * Entrepreneurial mindset with high level goals. * Willing to keep learning. * Excellent Communication skills. (follow-up and thank you emails are what we love). * Must be reliable at all stages of the real estate process. * Must want to be and strive in a start-up company. * Attention to details.
